As a broker or manager, you can access your agents' sales statistics and rankings within your office or firm through the Statistical Reporting feature in Paragon. This tool allows you to view agent rankings based on sales volume or units sold, helping you track the performance of individual agents and teams within your office or firm.

How to View Agent Rankings
- Click Resources, then Statistical Reporting.
- On the left, under Ranking, click Agent Ranking.
- Then Agent within Office.
- Enter the following search criteria:
- Listing Owner: Listings for your office or another office (only available to brokers with multiple offices).
- Date Range: Month, Quarterly, or Year.
- Number to Report: Options from 5 up to 100 or All.
- Rank By: Units or Volume.
- Click Generate to create the report.
- You can print or export your report.
Team Ranking Search (Brokers Only)
- Click Resources, then Statistical Reporting.
- On the left, under Broker, click Sales Detail.
- Click Agent.
- To search for a team, change the Listing Owner from your listings to another agent's listing.
- Click the magnifying glass to add all agents of the team.
- Choose your Date Range: Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly.
- Click Generate to create the report.
- You can print or export your report.
This tool provides brokers and managers with the ability to track agent performance, view rankings within their office or firm, and export reports for further analysis.
