How to Send Invite Codes
Automatically Through the Welcome Email
When you add a new contact or resend a welcome email, their unique app invitation code is automatically included. The email also provides download links for the app in both the iOS and Android stores.

Every notification email includes the client’s invitation code for easy access.

Resend the Invite Code
If a client misplaces their code, you can quickly resend it using Paragon Connect or Paragon Classic. Follow the steps below to share the code efficiently.
Here's how you can find the invite code and send it to your clients:
Using Paragon Connect
- Tap Menu (), then tap Contacts.
- Find the contact and click on their name.
- On their contact record, scroll down to find their app invitation code. Tap Send Code to share it instantly.
- Customize the message body if needed, then tap Send.
- You can also tap Copy () to paste it into a message or email.

Using Paragon Classic
- Click Contacts, then click View / Manage Contacts.
- Find the contact and click on their name.
- On their Contact Activity dashboard, click App Invite Code.
- The unique, case-sensitive code will display. Copy it to paste into a message or email.
By following these steps, you can ensure your clients always have access to their app invitation codes without needing to send separate emails after the welcome email. Resending is only necessary if the client has misplaced their code.
