Accessing the Paragon Connect app puts RAE’s MLS® System right in your pocket. Whether you're using an iPhone or Android, these steps will guide you through downloading and setting up your login so you can start managing listings, client interactions, and more—right from your mobile device.

With Paragon Connect, you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips. Follow the steps below to set up, log in, and get started!
Apple App Store (iPhone & iPad)
- On iPhone/iPad: Tap this link to open Paragon Connect in the App Store directly.

On Desktop: Scan the provided QR code to access the app on your mobile device.
Alternatively, you can search for Paragon Connect in the App Store on your iPhone or iPad:
- Open the App Store.
- Search for "Paragon Connect."
- Tap the app from the search results.
Then:
- Tap Get to download.
- Confirm with your Apple ID, Face ID, or Touch ID.
- Tap Open to launch the app.
(Note: The app is only available for Apple iPhones and iPads or Android Devices.)

Google Play Store (Android Devices)
- On Android: Tap this link to open Paragon Connect directly in the Play Store.

First Time Sign-In Process and Credentials
After installing the app, follow these initial steps to set up your account.
- Tap I'm an Agent/Broker to confirm you are a real estate professional. This ensures the app isn’t accessed by the public. The app is available for all RAE members, including assistants.
- Select Alberta as your location.
- Confirm REALTORS® Association of Edmonton is displayed and tap Get Started.
- Tap Create or Forgot Password.
- Enter your E-Username (for example, RAE Trainer’s E-Username is “etrainer”) and tap Send Instructions.
Tip! To find your username, log into Paragon Classic and tap your name in the top right corner; your username will appear below your name and starts with an “E.” - Check your Marketing Email (not the primary email you use to log into RAE’s Login Page). You’ll receive an email from email@paragonmessaging.com with steps to reset your password. Tap Reset your Password.
- Enter your new password and tap Submit.

Return to the Paragon Connect app and log in with your E-Username and new password.
Tips for Easy Access
- To have the app remember your username, toggle on Remember Username.
- For biometric login options, such as FaceID, toggle Allow [FaceID] (wording will change and/or be available depending on your device and iOS/OS version).
- Once logged in, you’ll land on the Paragon Connect dashboard, ready to start managing your listings, client interactions, and more!
