New Dashboard Customization
We are excited to introduce a game-changing upgrade to your dashboard experience! With the upcoming release next week, you now have the power to personalize your homepage like never before. Whether you want to reorder widgets, remove what you don’t need, or add new features, it’s all at your fingertips. This is just the beginning! Expect a growing library of widgets rolling out over time to make your dashboard even more dynamic and tailored to your needs. Ready to explore the possibilities? Let’s dive into the details of these exciting updates!
To customize, tap the gear icon () in the app bar, then Add Widgets. From there, preview and select widgets to enhance your dashboard.
Primary WidgetThe Primary Widget spans the width of your screen for maximum visibility. Currently, the Buyer Activity widget is the only option, but more choices are coming soon.If you are not interested in using a primary widget, you can also remove it from your dashboard. |

Secondary WidgetsCompact and versatile, Secondary Widgets adapt perfectly to any screen size. You can reorder, remove, or add widgets to customize your experience. This release includes three new widgets:

New Welcome Email Templates for Buyers and Sellers

As part of our Collaboration Center upgrade, we’re redesigning email templates, starting with the buyer and seller welcome emails, with more updates to follow. The content has been streamlined for clarity, and the design is optimized for both small and large screens. We’ve also enhanced office and brokerage branding and upgraded the email signature for a polished, professional look. Plus, the new templates now adapt seamlessly to light and dark modes, ensuring a perfect display on any device. Similar updates to the notifications will be coming soon!

Managing Map Shapes - New Side Sheet
We’ve made a sleek update to the mapping search in Paragon Connect! Now, when you access layers or edit shapes, they’ll open in a spacious side sheet—whether on mobile or desktop. This change gives you more room to view and customize layers and shapes, making your mapping experience smoother and more intuitive!
Listing Cart Updates
We’ve given the listing cart cards a fresh upgrade! With a refined layout and a new “last updated” date, it’s now easier than ever to see when your listing carts were most recently refreshed. Stay organized and up-to-date at a glance!

- Reporting loss of formatting when client gets Collaboration Center update messages.
- Improvement for the speed of loading results for map view in Paragon Connect

New Last 5 Searches Access
As a busy user, quick access to your most recent searches can be a great time-saver. We updated the Property Search page, moving the class search options from one column to two columns, to better utilize the screen space for less scrolling. Plus we added a new option to quickly get to the last 5 searches across any class. You can still access your last 5 searches per class under the class-specific search form menu options, learn how here.
Texting from Desktop
Texting has been a game-changer in our platform, and we’ve just made it even more versatile. Previously, you could send texts from any mobile device or Mac, but with this update, we're expanding your options. Now, you can send texts directly from any device, including Windows desktops, through Paragon Connect. Stay connected and communicate effortlessly, no matter what device you prefer!

Tip! Make sure you have set up your mobile information to send text messages in Settings > My Profile > Phone Settings. Extra Tip! This also enables the Text button to show by your name on Paragon Connect on smartphones. |
Private Remarks on ConnectView
The Connect View on Paragon Connect now displays Private Remarks at the top, making it easier to find key info from listing agents. Public remarks have been relocated to where the private remarks used to be.
EasyCMA - Manually Add Comparable Using Listing ID#
Now, while reviewing your CMA report, you can effortlessly add existing listings as comparables. Just click the Manually Enter Comps button, choose the Listing ID option, enter the IDs of the listings you’d like to include, and voilà! Your selected listings are seamlessly added to your CMA presentation, helping you deliver precise, tailored insights to your clients in no time.
