1. What devices and system requirements does the Paragon Connect app support?
The Paragon Connect app is compatible with most iOS and Android devices (smartphones and tablets) running the latest operating systems.

- Android: Requires Android 8.0 or later.

2. How do I download the Paragon Connect app?
To download the Paragon Connect app:

- Once installed, open the app and sign in using your Paragon credentials.
3. Do I need to log in to use the app?
Yes, you’ll need to log in using your Paragon credentials (E-Username and password). The first time you log in, you’ll need to reset your password—follow the steps in Get Started with Paragon Connect App: Easy Download & First-Time Login Guide.
If you’re unsure of your username, open Paragon Classic, go to the User Menu in the top right, click your name, and find your E-Username listed below. It begins with an "e".
4. How often will I have to sign in?
You’ll need to sign in after 2 hours of inactivity or if you force close the app before the session ends, similar to how Paragon Connect and Paragon Classic behave on a browser. However with the app, if you’re working on a search and receive a call, you can return to the app where you left off, even if you tap the icon again.
Tip! Enable Remember Username and Face ID (or other biometric options) in your login settings for quicker access each time you open the app! (Biometric options availability depend on your device and iOS/OS system.) |
5. What sets the app apart from the web-based Paragon Connect shortcut?
The dedicated app is specifically designed for mobile devices, ensuring quicker load times and smoother navigation. It also features push notifications for comments your clients make through Collaboration Center.

If you're having trouble resetting your RAE Login Credentials, please note that the change password option in Paragon Connect and Paragon Classic only applies to the Paragon Connect App itself.
