You can access comments from your clients from the Comments tab in the Contact Activity widget on the homepage and from the Contacts Record.
Comments Tab
The Comments tab displays any comments made on listings by the client in the Collaboration Center. The comment will remain visible on the widget within the selected number of days back until you reply. The display includes the Contact name, the Listing ID # and Address for the property, and the Comment. |
Click the Listing ID # to see the default Listing Detail report and reply to the comment.
Contact Record
If your client left any comments for you, you will see a Unread Comment ( ) beside one of the category counts.
Clicking the Unread Comment will direct you to the Comments page in the contacts record.
Here you can read previous comments and submit a new one by clicking on the Unread Comment ( ) in the Actions column as well as view the listing detail view.
Filter
You can display comments by status and listing categories.

Comment Status:
- New/Unread - New comments from your client yet to be reviewed.
- With Comments - All listings with comments.
- All Listings - (All listings including listings without comments
- New/Unread - New comments from your client yet to be reviewed.

- All
- Undecided
- Favourite
- Possible
- Rejected
