When setting up Collaboration Center sites, Agent Email Notifications are enabled by default. We recommend leaving these on and not CC'ing yourself on client emails. The agent version displays the same information as the client's, but the links direct you to Paragon Connect, where you can view agent-tailored reports. If you CC yourself instead, you’ll be taken to the Collaboration Center and will only see the client’s version of the report.
To confirm Agent Email Notifications are enabled, you’ll need to check each client and saved search individually.
If you are using auto-email notifications, the links will only open agent detail views on a desktop or laptop. To change your auto-email notifications to Collaboration Center with email notifications, this must be done in Paragon Classic.

Enable Agent Version of Collaboration Center Emails
Paragon Classic
- Click Contacts in the navigation menu, then click View/Manage Contacts.
- Find the contact and click their name.
- Click Buyer Activity on the left.
- Select the search name to update.
- Click Options to configure email notifications.
- Ensure Agent Notifications are set to Immediately or Recurring.
- Click OK to save.
- Repeat these steps for any other saved searches you want to update or confirm that Agent Notifications are enabled.
Paragon Connect
- Click on the Menu () icon, then select Contacts.
- Find the contact and click on their name.
- Click Buyer Activity.
- On the Saved Search card, click More Options (), then Notification Time Frames.
- If Agent - Notify Frequency is off, tab the arrow.
- Change the frequency to immediately or recurring. Then click Apply.
- Click Save on the Timeframes pop-up window.
- Repeat steps 4 to 7 for the Saved Searches you want to update or confirm Agent Notifications are enabled for.

- Click the Menu () icon, then click Settings.
- Click Notifications.
- Click Your Notifications.
- Toggle the options On () or Off (). Note that these settings apply globally and cannot be adjusted on a saved search-by-saved search basis.
Change Auto-Email Notifications to Collaboration Center with Email Notifications
Follow these steps in Paragon Classic to change Auto-Email Notifications to Collaboration Center with email notifications. For in-depth steps, go to Paragon Classic: Setting up Collaboration Center for your Buyer Client(s).
- Click Contacts in the navigation menu, then click View/Manage Contacts.
- Find the contact you want to update and click their name.
- On the left, click Buyer Activity.
- Click the search name to update it.
- Change the Automatic Notifications type to Collab Center.
- Click Options to configure email notifications.
- Ensure Agent Notifications are set to Immediately or Recurring to receive notifications with links to agent-specific details. (For more details on Email Options, click here.)
- Click OK to save.
- Send your client a Welcome Email by clicking Send Welcome Message. Enter a message body and click Send. (Templates can be found in ML Documents.)
- Repeat steps 4 through 7 for each Saved Search and Agent Recommended. You do NOT need to resend the Welcome Email each time.
