The My Property tab is where your seller clients can track the activity and performance of their property listings on a dynamic dashboard. If a seller has more than one property, they can use a dropdown to switch between listings. The statistics displayed on this tab mirror those found in the Listing Activity Report (accessible only by you via Select an Action in Listing Maintenance) but are presented in a more visually appealing and accessible format.
Unlike the static Listing Activity Report, the My Property tab allows clients to visit the site at any time and receive email reports, making it a more dynamic and flexible option.
This article provides an overview of the My Property tab and all its features.
Property Information
At the top of the My Property dashboard, your client will find essential property details such as the Address, City, and Days on Market (DOM). It also features a short Activity Summary.
- Dashboard Tabs: If your client is also using the Collaboration Center as a buyer, they can switch to the Search Activity dashboard by clicking on the respective tab.
- Listing Report: Clients with multiple listings can quickly switch between properties using the dropdown, without needing to change sites.
- Listing Thumbnail: Clicking the address displays additional property information.
- Activity Summary: This provides an overview of how many Listing Views, Broker Tours (REALTOR® Only Open Houses), and Public Open Houses have been scheduled, as well as the total Days on Market.
Listing Statistics
The My Property tab includes several key statistics that give your clients valuable insights into their listing's performance.
Daily Views of Your Listing
The Daily Views of Your Listing is a line chart that tracks how often agents and prospective buyers have viewed your listing in a detailed view, not just a thumbnail or map view. For instance, if an agent views your client’s listing in Paragon or a buyer opens the detailed view in the Collaboration Center, it counts as a view.
Price changes are marked with a green line, allowing your client to see how changes affect listing activity over time. The chart offers views for the past 7, 14, 30, and 90 days, helping clients track interest and engagement trends. |
ShowingTime Activity
The ShowingTime Activity section pulls in data from ShowingTime to display important showing metrics, including:
|
This section is view-only and provides visibility into showing activity even if you don’t use ShowingTime for scheduling. The feedback data gives sellers a sense of buyer impressions and potential areas for improvement or adjustment.
Prospective Buyers Activity
The Prospective Buyers Activity section provides valuable insights into how potential buyers are interacting with your client’s listing. It shows how potential buyers are categorizing the property during their search. Understanding whether a listing is marked as a favorite, a possible choice, or rejected can provide sellers with a clearer idea of where the property stands in the buyer's decision-making process. It helps gauge buyer interest and offers a deeper understanding of market reception. |
Views: Agent vs Buyers
The Views: Agent vs Buyers section shows how many times your listing has been viewed by agents compared to prospective buyers. This metric helps gauge how often people engaged beyond just the thumbnail image and basic details to learn more about the property. A higher number of agent views suggests strong interest within the real estate community, while a higher number of buyer views indicates strong public appeal. Analyzing this balance provides sellers with a clearer understanding of their property’s market engagement. |
Recommended
The Recommended stat shows how many agents have recommended your client’s listing to buyers who may not have initially considered it. These recommendations help expand the property's reach beyond the standard search criteria, increasing the chances that it catches the eye of more potential buyers. This can be a particularly useful stat for properties that are slightly outside the most common parameters but still hold potential appeal. |
Saved in a Search
The Saved in a Search shows how often your client’s listing appears in saved searches created by agents or buyers. These saved searches trigger automatic updates when listings change status or prices, and a higher number of saves indicates that the property is competitive and meets buyer criteria. Important Note: If the Buyer Searches count is low or shows zero, while the Agent Searches count is high, it’s important to explain to your clients that each buyer agent must manually enable the ability for buyers to search on the Collaboration Center site. |
Social Activity
The Social Activity section tracks how many times agents have shared your client’s listing via email. Social sharing can broaden the reach of the property beyond the typical MLS® or search platforms, potentially attracting attention from buyers who may not have come across the listing through their standard search process. This stat highlights how well the listing is being promoted within real estate networks.
Competition
The Competition section provides a map of competing listings that are similar to your client’s property. It displays nearby Active or Sold listings that could attract interest from similar buyers. This gives sellers a comprehensive view of their property’s position in the current market. It includes key comparative criteria such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms for residential listings or acreage and square footage for non-residential listings. The system prioritizes nearby properties within a 10-mile radius or up to 50 comparable matches, offering sellers a clear snapshot of their competition.
