The following article provides an overview of the Collaboration Center site, helping you become familiar with its features for assisting your clients and using Agent Mode effectively.
Access Your Client's Collaboration Center Site
To access your client's Collaboration Center site, click the Menu (), then click Contacts.
Find your clients contact record and click the Collaboration Center () icon. You can also access the Collaboration Center () in their contact record.
Note, if a Collaboration Center site isn't enabled for the contact it shows greyed out. Go here to learn how to enable an expired saved search notification or create a new search here.
Agent Mode
The Collaboration Center site opens in Agent Mode. It looks exactly like what the client sees, However, it will display as Agent Mode on [Client’s Name]’s site and include a notification badge on the Menu (). Any new comments or responses will display your name as the author.
Agent Mode is useful for navigating the site while assisting your client. You can set up tags, categorize properties, and refine search results before your client visits the site. If you do categorize properties for them, let your your clients know to start with the Undecided category in the Categorized Listings widget if you have narrowed down their results.

Menu and Toolbar
At the very top of the Collaboration Center is the Menu () and Toolbar. This area remains fixed across all screens, although the action icons may change depending on the current screen.
Menu
Tap the Menu () to navigate to various features, including My Saved Searches, Comments, and Contact Agent.
Toolbar
You will find the Menu (), your office name, a quick link to Comments (), and your Agent Image on the toolbar. The Agent Image provides quick access to your phone number, email, video bio (if available), and additional resources.
About Your Agent
Clients can access your contact details, social media links, video bio (if you have one), welcome message, and additional resources. Update these in your Paragon Classic settings - learn how here.

Property Search Bar and Near Me Search
If you've enabled search functionality for your clients in the Collaboration Center, they can use the Property Search bar with the Near Me Search to quickly find listings based on their preferences or current location. By tapping the Near Me () icon, clients can view properties on a map and explore nearby options effortlessly.
Additionally, clients can search by address, place, or neighborhood using Google's address search functionality. When the location appears in the results, they can tap on it or use the arrow keys to highlight the result and press Enter to view it on the map.
Search Activity (Buyers) Tab
The Search Activity tab is where your buyer clients can view and manage their saved searches, track property listings, and stay up-to-date on their search activity.
This tab includes seven different widgets that provide a complete overview of their listing activity including:
- Updates: Shows activity since the client last visited, including new matches and price changes.
- Matched Listings: Shows the number of matches total in all saved searches.
- Preserved Listings: Previously called Archived Matches, shows listings that were previously marked as favorites or possibles but are no longer tied to an active saved search due to changes in search criteria or listing data.
- Recommended: Displays listings you have sent to your client.
- Quick Actions: Provides shortcuts to commonly used features like tags and saved searches (if enabled for the client).
- Categorized Listings: Offers access to listings your client has categorized as undecided, favorites, possibles, or rejected.
- Unread Comments: Shows any new unread messages from you and offers a quick link to comment history.

My Property Tab (Seller)
The My Property tab is where your seller clients can track the activity and performance of their property listings. If a seller has more than one property, they can use a dropdown to switch between listings. The statistics displayed on this tab mirror those found in the Listing Activity Report (accessible only by you via Select an Action in Listing Maintenance) but are presented in a more visually appealing format.
Unlike the static Listing Activity Report, the My Property tab allows clients to visit the site at any time and receive email reports, making it a more dynamic option.
