Quickly searching for properties is essential to every agent’s workflow. The Power Search Bar with the Near Me () search feature makes it easy. Located at the top of the Paragon Connect Dashboard, it provides a streamlined starting point for searching properties, agents, contacts, or listings.
In the Power Search, you can search by address, listing numbers, contact names, agent or office names, as well as phone numbers and email addresses. For listings, Power Search integrates Google Address search functionality for a more intuitive experience.
Need to check the price or status of a property nearby? Skip typing the address—tap the Near Me () button to instantly view your location on a map with nearby listings.

On the search bar, you have two starting options (click the feature name to jump to that section to learn more:
Near Me Search
Tap the Near Me () icon to instantly start a new map search centered on your current location.
The map search uses your default Multi-Class Search Form to access all listings.
To quickly modify your search criteria, tap the Filter () icon on the top toolbar. After making the changes, tap Apply.

Power Search
Address and Location Search
Tap the search bar and begin typing the address or location you're looking for. The top results will display matching Google addresses to search near. Tapping an address or location launches a map search near that location, similar to the Near Me search.
Power Search Results
As you type, Power Search will display matching results across multiple categories. Each category is limited to 15 results, so if more are needed, search within the specific category. Categories are displayed in the following order:
Saved Searches
| Displays matches from your Saved Searches. Tapping View will take you to the Saved Searches screen, filtered to the matches. Tapping a search name opens the search criteria screen with the criteria loaded. |
Listings
| Listings are returned based on relevancy, with Active listings displayed first. Power Search retrieves listings from all statuses based on the entered search criteria. Tap View to see all listings in thumbnail view, or tap a specific listing to view its details in ConnectView. |
Contacts
| Power Search will search your existing contacts by first name, last name, phone number, or email. Tap View to go to the Contacts screen, filtered to display your results. Tap a contact name to open their Contact Record. |
Members
| This section lists Members that match. Tap View to see all results, or tap a name to view their information. If your device has SMS capabilities, you can tap a number to send a text. Note that all phone numbers will display the SMS icon, even if the number isn't a mobile phone. Be sure to select the appropriate number for texting. |
Offices
| Displays matching Offices. Tap View to see filtered results on the Office screen, or tap an office name to open its details. The office record shows the office address, broker, and agents. |
