If you find listings that might interest your clients but fall outside their current search parameters, you can easily recommend them directly from the search results in Paragon Connect. Add comments explaining why you're recommending the listings, and your client will receive an email notification. These listings, along with your comments, will also appear on their Collaboration Center site. If a recommended listing is updated, your client will automatically be notified.
Note: Adding comments to recommended listings is a feature exclusive to Paragon Connect and is not available in Paragon Classic.
Important: In Paragon Connect, Listing Carts are for your personal use, while Recommended listings are for client recommendations. Both features sync in real-time with Paragon Classic, so updates appear across both platforms. |
This guide will walk you through how to recommend listings to your clients and send comments along with them. As well as manage recommended listings.
Recommending listing(s) to your client

From your search results, select one or more listings, then click More Options ().

Click Recommend.

Select the contact(s) you want to recommend listings to and click Next. You can choose more than one contact at a time, but keep in mind that the same comments will be shared with all selected clients—you cannot add individual comments for each contact.

(Optional) Add comments explaining why you're recommending each listing. You have up to 500 characters for your comments.

Once you're done, click Send.
Access and Manage Recommended Listings

Go to the Contact Record, then click Buyer Activity.
- On the Recommended card, you can click any count to add a note to a listing or remove listings, as well as share and other actions available when view results.
- On the Recommended card, click More Options ().

click Manage Listings.
Here you can add notes to listings, delete recommended listings and add listings.
Add a Note

To add a note for yourself on a listing, select the checkbox next to the listing (only one at a time).
- Enter any notes you'd like to keep for this listing. You can add up to 500 characters. When you're done, click Save.
Delete Listing(s)
- Select one or more of the listings, then click Delete ().
Add Listing(s)
- Click Add () on the bottom right corner.
- Enter one or more Listing ID#s. If entering more than one, press Enter after each Listing ID #.
- Click Send.
By using Recommended, you can keep communication flowing with your clients and ensure they stay informed about listings that might interest them, even if they don't fit within their initial criteria.
