Staying on top of your client’s activity is essential for anticipating their needs and proactively managing your interactions. Paragon Connect and the Collaboration Center work hand-in-hand, allowing your clients to engage with listings while keeping you informed in real-time. From favoriting properties to creating new searches, you can easily track and respond to their actions.
This guide will walk you through how to monitor your client’s activity in Paragon Connect using the Dashboard and Contact Records.
Paragon Connect Dashboard
When you log into Paragon Connect, you can quickly assess your clients’ recent actions. For instance, if a client marks several listings as favorites, you can view those listings directly and even set up showings using integrated tools like ShowingTime. Conversely, if they reject multiple listings, it may be time to revisit their search criteria (learn how to edit their search criteria here.)
Active Buyers WidgetView a summary of your client’s activity from the last seven days to keep up with any significant changes in their preferences. This includes a snapshot of recent actions, such as favoriting or rejecting listings, adding comments, or creating new searches. |
Unread Comments Widget
Did a client leave any comments? If you see that a client commented on a listing via the Active Buyers widget, look for the Unread Comments widget. Here, you can view and respond to recent comments from your prospective buyers. The Dashboard is perfect for getting an overall look at your client’s interests and actions. To dive deeper, navigate to their Contact Record for a more detailed view. |
Contact Records
Tap on a client's image or initials in the Activity widget, or from the Menu (), tap Contacts. Find your client’s contact record and click on their name.
Here, you’ll find an overview of their categorized listings, such as Favorites, Possible, Undecided, and Rejected, as well as the last time they were notified and when they last visited their Collaboration Center site. To view more details, click on Buyer Activity. |
Buyer Activity and Understanding Activity Card Types
The Buyer Activity page is designed to provide insights into your client's interactions with saved searches and recommended listings. Each card represents a specific saved search and their engagement with the matched listings in the search, helping you stay informed and responsive. Here’s a breakdown of the different types of activity cards you’ll encounter:

This card highlights the listings you’ve recommended to your client. It tracks their engagement by showing whether they’ve categorized these listings as favorites, possibles, or rejected. This tool helps you guide your clients toward properties that align with their preferences, making your recommendations more effective. |

Preserved Listings
This card displays listings that were previously marked as favorites or possibles but are no longer tied to an active saved search. These preserved listings remain accessible for your buyers, helping them revisit properties of interest. The card categorizes preserved listings into favorites and possibles, ensuring that your clients can easily review their options. |
Disabled Search Notifications
This card lists saved searches for which notifications have been disabled or have expired. While the counts and links are inactive, you can reactivate these searches at any time by clicking More Options () and selecting Enable Collaboration Center. This feature allows you to quickly manage client engagement without losing track of their preferences. |
Auto-Email Notifications
Displays searches and notifications set up using the legacy auto-email feature. These notifications remain active, but any modifications must be handled in Paragon Classic. This card serves as a reminder of older settings while encouraging clients to transition to the more integrated features of Paragon Connect. |
Note: The More Options icon is available only for saved searches linked to the Collaboration Center.
Each activity card in the Buyer Activity tab plays a vital role in keeping you informed about your client’s interactions. By understanding the different types of cards and what they represent, you can take action to better meet your clients' needs, enhancing their overall experience.
