The All-New Collaboration Center
Introducing the all-new Collaboration Center—now with faster, turbocharged performance to give your clients a seamless, enhanced experience. All searches, listings, and favorites will stay the same, with no changes to the setup process or email links. This upgrade is all about making things better and faster without disrupting what works.
Some of the exciting new features include a refreshed dashboard for easy navigation, a banner address search for quicker results, and updated mapping capabilities to make finding properties a breeze. Clients can now compare up to 10 listings at once, ensuring informed decision-making. Plus, the bookmark site feature lets them easily save their favorite pages, while an improved mobile experience ensures everything looks and works perfectly, no matter what device they use. It’s a whole new level of real estate collaboration!
New Add Comments While Recommending Listings to Your Buyers!
Enhance your client interactions! Now, when you recommend listings in Paragon Connect, you can include personalized comments to explain why each property is a great fit. These comments appear alongside the listing in the Collaboration Center, keeping your clients informed and engaged with every recommendation you send.

Note: Adding comments to recommended listings is a feature exclusive to Paragon Connect and is not available in Paragon Classic.
CollabLink Update: A Faster, More Responsive Experience

CollabLink is getting a fresh new look! With this update, it’s faster, more responsive, and displays the same detailed listing information in an improved format. Best of all, you don't need to worry about resending past links—existing CollabLinks will automatically redirect to the updated layout, streamlining your workflow with no effort on your part. What is CollabLink?
CollabLink is a responsive detail view designed for sharing listings with anyone, without requiring them to be a contact. You can share this view in a few different ways:

From Paragon Connect:
- Tap Share (
) and send via Email, Text, or Copy Link.

From Paragon Classic:
- Send manually via email or through auto-email notifications. When the recipient opens the link on a mobile device, they'll see the mobile-friendly version.
- Send via Text.
| Important Note: If a CollabLink is opened from an email sent via Paragon Classic (either manually or through auto-email) on a mobile device, at this time you will no longer be able to switch to the desktop view. To view the traditional desktop layout, the link must be opened on a desktop or laptop. |
New Theme Colours
Why should Paragon Pro have all the fun? We've just added five exciting new themes to Paragon Connect! Now, you can personalize your Paragon Connect experience by updating the user interface colour theme directly from the system settings page. Dive in and choose your favorite from the latest theme options:

New Quick Actions - Detail View
You shared feedback with the RAE and ICE teams that some third-party integrations are more essential than others, and you need an easier way to access these options. To address this, we're excited to introduce the new Quick Actions feature in the detail report (also known as ConnectView).
You'll now see the following five links to our most essential third-party integrations: ShowingTime, Lifestyle Heatmaps, Lifestyle Scores, GeoJet, and Cloud CMA Flyer.
What are Lifestyle Heatmaps & Lifestyle Scores? Powered by Local Logic, these tools provide insights into the property and neighborhood. They also appear on CollabLinks and Collaboration Center detail views for your clients!

Lifestyle Scores The Lifestyle Scores tool displays location insights based on the property level. Index scores from 1 to 10 are displayed, including 13 different categories that include Schools, Shopping, Grocery Stores, Daycares, Parks, and more. |

Lifestyle Heatmaps The Lifestyle Heatmaps displays location insights on the neighborhood level. Like the Lifestyle Scores, index scores from 1 to 10 and broken down by Transportation, Services and Character. The data is also displayed on a heatmap data for quick and easy reference. |

We're excited to announce an enhanced way to manage your growing list of quick actions in the Listing Maintenance module! As our features expand, we've reimagined the overflow icon on each listing thumbnail to better serve your needs. Now, when you tap the overflow icon, a sleek side sheet slides open, giving you quick, easy access to all your actions with plenty of room for future enhancements. This streamlined approach ensures you can handle your tasks efficiently, with everything you need just a click away.
New Spreadsheet View
In addition, we're introducing the new Spreadsheet View in Paragon Connect's Listing Maintenance module—designed to elevate your experience. This feature lets you effortlessly view more listings and detailed listing data than ever before, whether you're on your desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
Switching to Spreadsheet View is easy—just click or tap the toggle in the app bar. Enjoy the convenience of sortable columns, and click on any photo to instantly enter edit mode. With quick actions now more accessible than ever, and the intuitive gear icon on each listing, you'll enhance your productivity and streamline your workflow in a smart, efficient way.

Display ID Now Shows Correctly in EasyCMA

ICE resolved an issue where the backend System ID was displayed instead of the Display ID (the E4....... number) when adding comparables to an existing CMA. The correct Display ID is now shown, ensuring a smoother and more accurate process.

Error When Viewing Property Details from Needs Approval Spreadsheet View

Fixed an issue where clicking a listing to view the full details while reviewing listings for agent preview resulted in the error message "An error has occurred. Please try again later." Property details can now be accessed without interruption.

Unlimited Results
Great news! Paragon Connect no longer requires your result count to be under 5,000 listings. In fact, there are no restrictions, allowing you to search as many listings as you want without the pesky warning message about exceeding the limit as soon as you open the search.
The map has undergone the most significant changes. To support searches with more than 5,000 listings, we've adjusted the clustering system. Now, instead of color-coded clusters with counts, you’ll see red dots indicating areas with additional listings. As you zoom in or move around the map, it will automatically refresh to show the listings in the visible area.
Zero Result Filter
Another great search update has been made recently, specifically impacting the map filter option. Previously, if you had zero results and tried to add criteria, you couldn't hit apply because there were no results. Now, you can modify your criteria even if it initially returns zero results, allowing you to pan and zoom on the map to locate those listings.
New Dashboard Layout and Search Bar
The Paragon Connect Dashboard has been enhanced with updates directly influenced by the invaluable feedback from Paragon Connect users, including feedback from RAE members. This release includes multiple changes to the dashboard functionality.

Streamlined Top Bar Options The top bar options have been streamlined by removing Near Me and Power Search, while retaining System Messages and Hotsheet Alerts. New Search Bar Option A new Search Bar option is now prominently displayed at the top of the page. This new Search Bar provides a simplified, single starting point for quickly initiating a search. |
Search Bar Functionality
On the search bar, you have two starting options: click the Map () icon to instantly start a Near Me search or click into the Search Box to start searching by address, Listing ID, etc. The Search Box option now combines the capabilities of a Google Address search and Power Search.
Search Box Results
When you type into the Search Box, the top set of results will display any addresses or locations matching the entered text. Selecting any of the returned options will launch a map search near that address or location. From the map, you can continue to refine your search.
Power Search Results
Below the address options, any standard Power Search results, including specific listings, contacts, users, and saved searches, will be displayed. Selecting any of these Power Search results will open the selected option.
EasyCMA
EasyCMA access in Contact Record
You can now access EasyCMA reports from a Contacts Record. From the contact record, click EasyCMA. Here you will see if there are any CMA reports assigned to the contact.
As well as the ability to start a new CMA or assign an existing CMA to the contact by clicking the Add () button at the bottom left of the page.
Corrections and Improvements
- On a Hotsheet Card, the Last Run date is no longer missing the time.
- Improvement to include the All option for Status Lookups. For example, the Withdrawn and Terminated status are grouped under All Withdrawn.
- My Links from Paragon Classic, found under Resources, are now accessible in Paragon Connect under Website Links in Resources. Here, you can view your custom links along with any links added by your office.
