This article outlines the changes introduced in Q2 of 2024. We will update this list monthly to include a summary of the changes for each month within this quarter's article. You can find the updates for Q1 here.
Please note that the updates detailed here are specific to Paragon Connect unless indicated otherwise.

Agent Preview Process
The Agent Preview process has been added to Paragon Connect. This means you have another option for how you want your contacts to receive new listing matches. Agent Preview means that all new listing matches are sent to you, the agent, instead of your client. This gives you a chance to review them before forwarding them to the client and gives you complete control over the listings that your clients see.
When you create or edit a contact, you can choose the Notification Method as either Auto Notifications or Agent Preview.
NOTE: You can choose to default all new contacts to either notification method. To change your default, go to Paragon Classic > Preferences > Collab Center > Search Options > Select New Only for auto-notifications and Agent Preview to preview listing matches first > Click Save.

The Buyer Activity section for Contacts configured to use Agent Preview has been updated to include a new section for the listing review process. The updated search cards show matches that need agent approval as well as those that have been disapproved.You can quickly click on the Needs Approval count to review the new matches. |
From this Review Spreadsheet users can select individual listings to approve/disapprove or they can update all results at once!
Notification Options Now Available When Saving Searches
When creating a new saved search for a Contact, you now have the option to see and modify the Email Notification Settings for that specific search.
On the Save Search or Copy Search page, click Assign Contact. Click the contact you want to assign the search to or create a new one.
The updated page will load a new section for notification settings. Here you can adjust the types of changes to be included in the notifications and the frequency of notifications, as well as how long the search is active for. This gives you quick access to personalize the notification experience while setting up the new search. You can always go to the Contact Buyer Activity to make any additional, or future, adjustments.

These settings are configured based on what you selected in your preferences. To change your defaults, in Paragon Connect menu go to Settings > Notifications > Client Notifications. Click here to learn how to change your defaults in Paragon Classic.
Show Only Checked Results
Users will now see a new down arrow, or caret icon (), next to the selected count when you have checked one or more listings on your search results.
This down arrow allows you to reduce the visible results to only those selected listings. | |
When Show Checked is enabled only the selected listings appear in the view. | |
Click the down arrow again, to Display All. Selecting Display All will restore the results view so that all matching listings are visible again. |
New Print Options
With this release there are two new printing options available within Paragon Connect. We have updated the existing Print option in the overflow menu from the search results and the individual detail view. You will see options to print the ConnectView, which is the professional-agent version of the listing detail, and the Public ConnectView, which is the public version of the listing detail view. |
The ConnectView prints the primary photo, and up to 4 secondary photos, along with all the information within the Property Details section, and the Listing Agent/Office information.
The Public ConnectView also prints the primary and 4 secondary photos along with all the information configured to display in the public Collaboration Center detail view.
The new print options display in PDF format allowing flexible options for saving, sharing, and making it easy for users to print from their device.
You may print up to 10 listings at one time.
Note: Any options to print legacy reports from Paragon Classic will continue to be available.
Share your listings from Published Listings
You can share your own listings from Published Listings for more flexibility. For example, you can share a link after making an adjustment to the listing to show the changes are done.
Corrections and Improvements
- On the Contact summary page the Communication section has been renamed to Comments making it easier to distinguish this option from the Message History section.
- Improvement to the Comments page layout with a new filter button () making it easy to view Read vs Unread comments.

New Navigation through Listing Detail View
You now have the option to page through search results using the Detail View. From search results, after selecting any listing to open the Detail View, a new navigation option is shown near the top of the screen. You can use the PREV and NEXT buttons to move forwards or backwards viewing the details for each listing through the entire list of results. |
A new checkbox is included allowing users to make selections for listings as they review the results.
The top bar shows a count of all selected listings. Actions, like Carts, Recommend, Directions, etc are available for the selected listings.
The left arrow in the top bar returns to the previous results view.
Assign a Listing to a Contact for Seller Dashboard Features

The Seller feature on the Collaboration Center sites is a powerful tool to keep Contacts informed of their listing activity so we made it easier to establish any contact as a seller. You have been able to link contacts to listings via the Seller Dashboard on Paragon Connect. With this release we added another way for users to link their listings to a contact. |
From the Contact Summary page, the Seller Activity option will always appear for all contacts. Any existing listings associated with the contact will continue to display.
If no listings are currently associated, you will have a new option to add one of their listings to the contact using the + sign. Once the link has been established, the Contact will have all the benefit of the Seller features on their Collaboration Center site and you will see the new association on their Seller Dashboard in Paragon Connect.
Corrections and Improvements
- Hotsheet and Tour/Open House Search - No longer displays current name of search after renaming it.
- Add a border to the Listing Photo Selection check boxes for better visibility on light photos.
- Improvement to include the social sharing options under Published listings (Note, this only allows you to share your own listing.)
- Improvement to show address locations closest to the user when typing into the Map Search Address box.
- Improvement to include a new Clear Text icon within any open text field to easily remove any value.

Dashboard - Expire Alert to display 7 days
The My Inventory widget in the Dashboard now alerts you to listings set to expire within 7 days. Previously, it displayed listings based on the last three months of activity, similar to the other links. |
Start a New Search from a Contact
A new option has been added to Contacts that enables you to start a brand new search while working within the Contact record.
Simply select a Contact and open the Buyer Activity page, this page shows any searches already linked to this contact. With this change, you now see a new + (plus icon).
Click the plus icon to start. Click the class of the new search and click select.
After setting your search criteria for the contact, you can save your search.
Saving it will automatically associate it with your Contact and activate Collaboration Center Notifications. Name the search and add a personalized welcome message (this step can be omitted if you've previously established a Collaboration Center site for your client). Then, click Save.
Connect users New Custom Sort Options for Hotsheet
On the Hotsheet search, there is a new gear icon () in the top menu that lets you change the order of your hotsheet results based on the new Filter order.
Click the new gear icon in the top app bar to see a list of the current Hotsheet Filters. You can easily reorder the filter options by dragging and dropping them and click Update.
After you update the order, you will see the filter options on the Hotsheet search form in the new order right away. You only need to do this once, your preference will be stored and used for all Connect hotsheet searches.
The order of the Hotsheet results matches the order of the Filter options.
Grant Assume Identity
You can now grant a user to assume your identity in Paragon Connect settings. You can only grant permission to an individual to assume your identity if that person is in your office.
Office administrators can assume the identity of their broker/manager to add or modify listing data on behalf of the broker/manager and all agents within the office. Agents can share their identities with assistants or team members. To protect listing input data integrity on behalf of all members RAE has an audit process in place.
If authorized, you will now see a new option called “Grant My Identity” under Settings > System.
From this new page you can easily see any users who are currently authorized to assume your identity. If permitted, you can also add users to this list. You will see a + icon which opens a list of users.
You may pick from any of these users to grant them permission to assume your identity. Once granted, those users will be able to use the Assume Identity feature to perform work on your behalf.
Office Manager & Broker - Manage Office Identities
For any Office Manager or Broker level users, there is a second new Setting option called “Office Grant Identity”.
From this page office administrators can see any permissions granted for users within their office or firm. If authorized, you can grant permission to assume identity rights between users within your office(s).
Corrections and Improvements
- Cannot Set Hotsheet Alerts for Hotsheet Searches with an ampersand (&) in the title.
- Unable to copy link on Android devices.
- Correction on the Input form to show the required * next to Yes/No type fields, fields with only a toggle option for values.
