Sometimes clients will mistakenly opt out of receiving Paragon emails. This means that any automatic notifications or manual emails sent from Paragon will not be delivered.
How does this happen?
At the bottom of each email sent from Paragon is an Unsubscribe link.
If they click on this link they will be prompted to enter in their email address and select their preferences from the menu.
After this they will receive an email to the address they typed above, confirming that they did intend to opt out.
If it was a mistake they can click on the link in the email to opt back in.
Once they have gone through the steps to opt back in they will receive a final confirmation email.
Until your client has opted back in to Paragon they will be unable to receive emails at that email address.
How do I know as an agent?
Opted out clients are noted in Paragon with an exclamation symbol beside their name in your Paragon Contacts list.
