This article outlines the changes introduced in Q1 of 2024. We will update this list monthly to include a summary of the changes for each month within this quarter's article. You can find the updates for Q2 here.
Please note that the updates detailed here are specific to Paragon Connect unless indicated otherwise.

Paragon Connect
New Results Analytics View

The Results Analytics View starts with a quick summary of the criteria used to return the matching listings. Within the top menu you now have access to the Filter icon which allows you to easily adjust your criteria and update the analytics view instantly. |
The view is comprised of 7 widgets, each highlighting a different summary or breakdown of the results. Each widget overflow menu includes an option to Export the chart so it can be included or shared any place the user chooses, like in a separate email, text, or webpage.
Each overflow also includes Insights to provide details about the purpose of the chart.
You also have the ability to generate a PDF of the Results View.
A custom Title is assigned for the PDF which can be downloaded or printed using your browser options

Hotsheet Alerts - Save up to 10 alerts
Paragon Connect Hotsheet Alerts offer an excellent way to stay informed about the market. You can now save up to 10 alerts from the previously available five.
When there are new matches, a notification badge will display on the flame icon. Simply tap the screen to see what’s new since the last time you checked that hotsheet search. It’s a great way to ensure you never miss a listing in an area you want to keep an eye on!

New Listing Maintenance Filter Options
The Filter Options under Listings have been expanded to allow for greater user flexibility.
The Status filter now displays individual Statuses instead of the previous Status Category options. This allows you to see and select specific statuses they may be interested in maintaining.
New options also appear for Brokers and Managers allowing you to search for and filter listings by agents in your office.
To account for the new options, the filter has been moved to appear on the right-side allowing more space to see and use the expanded filter options.
Corrections and Improvements
- Correction to fix the issue of being unable to scroll down while re-arranging photos in Listing Edit
- Correction to enable members to share listings via text on an iPhone. (Note: Paragon continues to investigate and work on fixing the issue of copying links on Android phones.)
- Corrections to the User Interface to account for changes within the last version of the Chrome Browser

Paragon Connect
New Menu option to launch Paragon Connect
You can now launch Paragon Connect from a new menu bar icon on Paragon Classic. This feature will be ideal for agents who want the choice to work on the go or at their desk with the same seamless experience.
Corrections and Improvements
- Update to the behavior of the cursor when attempting to edit Price criteria on the search form
- Correction to fix an error appearing when adding a new contact and the member has no existing contacts
- Correction for intermittent bug when attempting to zoom into a listing picture

Paragon Connect
ML Documents now under Resources
The files available within Paragon Classic under “ML Documents” are now available within Paragon Connect. These System Documents can be found from the main menu under “Resources.”
Users can see documents available to the entire association, for their Firm, and for their Office, if they are configured and they exist. The folder icon will indicate the corresponding level.

Paragon Classic
Improved Display for Collaboration Center Email History
The 'Sent Messages' of the Contact Menu stores copies of all emails sent to your Contacts, including automated notification messages for Collaboration Center. One drawback to the copies of these automated messages is that they do not include details for all the listings that may be included in the email update. With this release we are changing the Collaboration Center automated email history to include counts of all matched listings along with quick links to view the listings in search results!
Going forward, the automated Collaboration Center emails for both Contacts and Agents will appear significantly different within the Message History.
You will no longer see the formatted version of the email with images, instead you will see counts for each of the match-types included in the email. Each of the match counts will include a link that opens the matched listings within Paragon search results. With these new links you will have quick, easy access to view all the listings sent to your Contact’s Collaboration Center site.
Due to the formatting change of the Collaboration notification emails, you will no longer be able to forward these messages from the Message History.
This change does NOT impact or modify the emails currently sent to your Contacts in any way, those emails will continue to look and function exactly the same as they do today. Also, none of the manual emails, welcome emails, or seller emails will be affected. These will continue to display in their entirety within the Message History.
We are excited to bring this change which will also improve the overall speed of the system by freeing up server space used to house the formatted versions for the millions of automated emails generated each month.
