Verification Code for MFA - Alternate Method Using Email
This email will be generated when you use email as an MFA method and request a verification code to be sent. |
Verify your email change
If you change the primary email used in your RAE Login, you will need to verify you requested the change. Clicking the link will verify your email and redirect you to the RAE Login page. |
Change password/forgot password
If a user requests a password change, they will receive a Change Password email that contains a URL link. When the user clicks on the link, a Password Reset page will be presented to enter the new password. |
Blocked Account
If you or someone else have attempted to log in ten or more times unsuccessfully from the same IP address/location. As a result, the account has been locked. If it was you who were attempting to log in, click on the link in the email to re-activate your account. If it was not you, please let us know by emailing technology@therae.com and we will investigate the cause. An error message will also appear on the login window. |
Password Breach Alert
This email is sent whenever Auth0 detects that you are trying to access the application using a password that has been leaked by a third party. For security purposes, you will need to change your password before you will be able to sign in. Learn about what a password breach is and tips on safeguarding your digital security here. |
