JavaScript is required to be enabled on your browser to log in to the RAE Login page. Click the relevant link corresponding to your browser, and we'll guide you through the necessary steps. |
Google Chrome Configuration
- Go to the top right-hand corner and click on the 3 dots ( ).
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Privacy and Security.
- Click on Site settings.
- Click on JavaScript.
- Make sure that the option Sites can use JavaScript is turned On and that Auth0/RAE web links are not showing as Not allowed to use JavaScript.
Mozilla Firefox Configuration
- Click on the URL bar located on the top side of the browser:
- Click on Accept the Risk and Continue.
- Locate the new URL bar under the regular website one.
- Type "javascript.enabled" on the new URL bar
- If the javascript.enabled option is displaying as FALSE, click on the button on the right-hand corner to switch it to TRUE.
- Now close the browser. Reopen it and try to sign in.
Microsoft Edge Configuration
- Go to the top right-hand corner and click on the 3 dots ( ):
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Cookies and site permissions.
- Locate JavaScript on the list
- Verify if Allowed trigger is On.
- Now close the browser. Reopen it and try to sign in.
Safari
1. Make sure you have a Safari window open and active; you will see the "Safari" menu in the top left of your screen. Click it and it will expand to show Safari-specific options.
2. Click the "Preferences" menu item
Now that you have expanded the Safari menu, you will see the Preferences item - click on it.
3. Click on the Security tab.
4. Click the "Enable JavaScript" checkbox
If the checkbox is selected, JavaScript is already enabled; if the checkbox is empty, JavaScript will not be enabled in Safari.
