The RAE Learning Hub is a central location to track the bulk of the training courses that you as a member of The RAE have access to.

How to Access the Learning Hub
There are a few ways to get access to the RAE Learning Hub.
1 - From "Paragon", go to "Resources", select "CREA Learning Hub"
2 - From "RAE Member Portal", go to "Professional Development", Select "Access RAE Learning Hub"
3 - Access the link directly by clicking here: RAE Learning Hub
Whichever method you use will require you to sign in to CREA's authentication service.
Use your marketing email and Password to sign in
It will then send you a text verification code.
You will see the RAE Learning Hub home page
Navigate the Learning Hub
The User Menu in the top corner is a quick way to navigate to specific sections, or to return to the home page if you are already on another section.
The primary window contains a number of tiles that you can select.
My Courses
This is where you will view all the current courses and Learning Plans that you are enrolled into.
My Records
Access all your course transcripts as well as certificates for completed courses
CREA Learning Hub
Access courses that are hosted by CREA (ie: WebForms™, DDF, CASL, etc.)
Instructor Led
These are all the courses that are scheduled on specific dates that you can register for.
NOTE: Some (such as Paragon and Tech Tools) have prerequisite Part One modules that must be completed before attending the Part Two sessions.
Technical eLearning
These are full eLearning courses on a variety of technical programs and as eLearning modules, these can be completed at any time on your schedule.
Bite-Size eLearning
Short eLearning courses that can be watched in a couple of minutes. Some great tips on how to make your job more efficient.
Soft Skills eLearning
Recorded webinars of presentations on business, safety and more.
Commercial
Commercial-related real estate training and recorded webinars. Some of these are also instructor-led and could be in both catalogues.
Supplementary
These are specific to association leadership and committee training, and for some of you this catalogue will not contain any courses.
How to Enrol in Courses
eLearning courses
After selecting your course click on "Enrol"
A window will open as shown below and you can go directly into that course to begin learning or have it added to your list of courses that will display under your "My Courses" link as explained earlier
Instructor-Led Courses
After selecting the course that you wish to enrol on, you will see a list of dates as well as a description tab to view the course details.
The list of dates of upcoming sessions, and if a course has both In-Person and Virtual learning options you will see two for the same date.
NOTE: Some courses are In-person only, some are virtual only, and some are hybrid.
To select your specific date:
- You can click on the "Select Session" drop-down list in the top right corner to select your course and then "Enrol"
or - You can click on for the specific course date and type that you wish to enrol into and then click on "Enrol into this session".
Now you can go back to your "My Courses" and view all the courses that you are currently enrolled on and clicking on any of them will give you detailed specifics about that course.
NOTE: You will receive a registration email when you enrol into a course as well as reminder emails leading up to Instructor-Led course session dates.
How to Check Your Learning Plan Status
If you are enrolled in a Learning Plan you have a simple way to check the status
Click on "My Courses" from the home page will show you all courses and the status of that course "Not Started", "In Progress" or "Completed".
Find the New Member Learning and click on the icon as shown here
The window will show you all your courses that are part of your Learning Plans and the icons will display the current status of each of those modules.
Check your completions and generate certificates
Click on "My Records" from there you can select your overall training statistics as well as view your courses and learning plans and also generate certificates if they are available.
IMPORTANT tips to ensure course completions are tracked!
In order to ensure that your course completions are tracked properly here are some important tips:
- Your session will automatically timeout after three hours of inactivity in the course.
- Your progress will not be saved unless you have clicked the Close icon (X).
- You must ensure that cookies and third-party cookies are not blocked in the browser settings, to allow tracking of your progress.
- JavaScript must be enabled in your browser.
- Google Chrome is the recommended browser.
- PC is the recommended desktop.
- Safari users must manually enable cookies to allow progress tracking.
