How to Add a Credit Card on Your File

PLEASE NOTE - If you need to update your credit card information or are having issues with saving your credit card to your account, please contact billing@therae.com.
To add a credit card on your file go to the Member Portal. Then click on "My Account" at the top of the page. Select "My Dashboard".
Under your name on the top left corner, click on the dropdown menu and choose My Payment Profiles.
Click Add New Card
Enter the credit card information and click Save Card.
Once you have saved a credit card on file, you now also have the option of setting up Auto Bill. This will process payment for any outstanding invoices at the end of each month. To set up Auto Bill, choose My Profile from the dropdown menu under your name.
Click on Yes for Auto-Bill Payments.
