As a Broker, you may want to give an Assistant or an Agent access to see the Brokerage profile with all the outstanding invoices and the ability to make payments online. Below are the step-by-step instructions on how to do that through the Member Portal.
Alternatively you can send an email to membershub@therae.com with your request. (Requests and online changes can only be made by the Broker).
If you give access to an Assistant who works at the head office, then that Assistant will have access to the head office and all the branch offices. If you give access to an Assistant at the branch office, they will only have access to that branch office.
Steps on how to grant broker-level access to the Member Portal:
1. Go to My Account on the Member Portal.
2. Under your name choose My Organization from the drop-down Menu.
3. You will see a list of Related Members.
4. Choose the person you want to grant access to the Brokerage or Branch Office access.
5. Click on Grant Broker Level Access.
