Months of Supply is another metric to analyze residential stats by calculating how many months of house supply is currently in the market. Generally, a lower number indicates a seller’s market, a mid-range number signals a balanced market and a higher number signals a buyer’s market.
You can find the Months of Supply with a few quick steps on GeoJet:
- Go to GeoJet from “Resources” tab on Paragon.
- On GeoJet click “Market Report” and select Town or Neighborhood if you are looking for a specific area or community then hit “Interactive Report”.
- You now see Months of Supply along with other stats values.
- BONUS: scroll down on the page to view the Months of Supply graph along with the price trend. You can also custom-select the criteria for your graph!
