RAE Login Credentials
Use your RAE Login Credentials to access:

- RAE’s MLS® System, Paragon Classic and Paragon Connect (browser/desktop versions)
- Note, ShowingTime, GeoJet, RAETrends, and CloudCMA are accessible via Paragon Resources and will sign you in automatically.
- RAE Member Portal
- RAE’s MLS® System, Paragon Classic and Paragon Connect (browser/desktop versions)
Credentials
- Email Address: Your primary email address
- Password: Case-sensitive
Password Management
- Change Password: On the RAE Login page, click Forgot Password and follow the on-screen steps to reset your password.
- Forgot Password: Use the same Forgot Password option to recover access.
Note: The password management in Paragon Classic and Paragon Connect is only for the Paragon Connect App. Changing your password there will not sync with your RAE Login credentials. |
Logging into RAE Member Portal or Paragon (Classic and Connect on a browser/desktop)

4. Enter the verification code sent to your MFA number and click Continue.
You’re now logged into the selected site and can access all related pass-through resources.
Check Remember this device for 30 days to avoid entering a code each time. If you delete your cookies or cache, or do not sign in within 7 days, you may need to enter a new MFA code. |

Your REALTOR.ca SSO Login is required to access:

- CREA Member Portal - including the RAE Learning Hub

Credentials
Your login email is the one you used when signing up for REALTOR.ca SSO. If you're unsure, try your primary or marketing email registered with RAE. The email must be unique.
If you’re still having trouble:
- Contact CREA’s Member Experience Centre at 1-888-237-7945 or support@crea.ca (Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. MT).
- Or contact the MLS® Help Desk at 780-453-9341 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MT).
The MLS® Help Desk can confirm the email you used but cannot make account changes. To update your email address, contact CREA’s Member Experience Centre. |
