Local Logic Widgets
Local Logic Widgets in Collaboration Center & CollabLink
RAE in conjunction with Black Knight has partnered with Local Logic to add two client-facing widgets to the Detail View in the Collaboration Center and the CollabLink page. Local Logic is a premiere location intelligence company born from the data science and urban planning disciplines. They work with the top consumer and real estate brands in Canada and the United States.
Imagine something like Walk Score, but much more precise, actionable, and engaging. Agents who have these tools experience higher engagement, better communication and provide a better overall experience to users on the professional and consumer side. The Local Logic widgets can be accessed from the Community tab of the Detail View. The widgets will be added to Paragon Connect early in 2023.
The Lifestyle Scores tool displays location insights based on the property level. Index scores from 1 to 10 are displayed, including 13 different categories that include Schools, Shopping, Grocery Stores, Daycares, Parks, and more.
The Lifestyle Heatmaps displays location insights on the neighborhood level. Like the Lifestyle Scores, index scores from 1 to 10 and broken down by Transportation, Services and Character. The data is also displayed on a heatmap data for quick and easy reference.
What is CollabLink?
CollabLink is the responsive Client Detail view that you can share with anyone, without the need to make them a contact. It will show correctly on any device that the recipient views the property information.
This view can be shared a few different ways:
NOTE: If you want the recipient to be able to mark the listing as a favourite or possibility you should be adding the property to that client's listing cart, so it appears on their collaboration centre site as an agent-recommended listing.
Performance and Enhancement Updates
Black Knight continues to work on improving Paragon Connects performance. They have recently implemented several performance boosters, including login warmups, Hotsheets were completely redesigned, while the Connect Detail View has also been upgraded to use their latest Next Generation coding features.
Over the holidays Black Knight will continue to monitor performance and work on additional boosters for the new year. Property Search and Mapping Modules will be redesigned to use the new React code.
Hotsheet Alert Save - Now Less Clicks!
Prior to this release, you would need to go to your saved Hotsheet searches to set a Hotsheet alert. Now you can set a Hotsheet alert while you save a new search.
Note, max number of alerts you can save is five. Once you meet this threshold, the option to save a new alert from the save process will be disabled.
Contact List - New Shortcuts
The contact list was updated to include three shortcut actions that help you quickly get access your client’s information. These three actions include the ability to view all phone numbers, email addresses, and a link to the client’s Collaboration Center site.
Tapping on the phone icon will open a simple dialog and list all phone numbers associated with the contact. Depending on the device you are on you can tap on the phone number to instantly call the contact or you can click on an SMS icon to text your client.
Clicking or tapping on the email icon will open a simple dialog with a list of all email addresses associated to the contact. You can select one or more email addresses to compose an email to your client.
If your contact has a notification setup, you will find a web icon that when clicked/tapped will take you to your contact’s Collaboration Center site.
Add a Tour
You now have the ability to add, edit and delete tours to listings. This will sync with Paragon Classic and allow you to see any tours created in either one.
Note, Tours are for REALTORS®️only.
To add a new tour, you first must go to a listing that you can edit. From the menu, tap/click Listings and then tap/click Published. Tap/click the listing you want to add the tour to.
Once you have accessed the listing edit form, the overflow icon (three dots) will contain a new option called Tours.
This will house all of your tours for that listing. To add a new tour, you will click on the purple + icon in lower right hand corner.
This will launch the add tour modal. You fill out the form as instructed, click save, and just like that a new tour has been created.
You can click/tap on the card to edit the tour. You can also click/tap on the three dot overflow icon on the card to see an edit option.
+ Calendar / Delete
There are two links on the card. The +Calendar link will add the even to your native calendar that you are using. The delete option will allow you to delete the tour from the listing.
While viewing a list of your published or unpublished listings, you will now see the Co-Agent added to any listing that contains a secondary agent on the listing.
You can also click or tap on the agent or co-agent to view additional agent and office information.
GeoJet - New Third Party Integration
You can now access GeoJet via Third Party Integrations on any view.
NOTE: GeoJet information will only be displayed for those municipalities or regions that provide us with their tax information. (Click here to see the list)
Rich Text Editor in Emails
The compose email message body has been upgraded to include a rich text editor. This will allow you to now apply some formatting options to the emails that you compose. This is available on all devices small and large. Below is a list of formatting options you will find.
Thanks to member feedback, the following issues were identified and are now fixed.
My Info Filters
Prior to this release if you had any filters applied to the Market Monitor on Paragon Classic, they were incorrectly being applied to the My Info tab on Paragon Connect. You will now be able to see all your listing information.
You can now get driving directions from any view within Paragon Connect, including the Detail View.
Text Listing Agent from Detailed View
Previously, when tapping the Text button under the Listing Agent(s) information, it was redirecting to your default message app but not inputting the phone number. It is now fixed.
Note: The listing agent(s) have their mobile information set up in Paragon for the Text button to display.
Agent Contact information now clickable
When viewing an agent’s information on a listing or agent record (under Info), phone numbers, emails and websites are now clickable and will open in the appropriate default app.
Listing Input Fields & Values Update
The following updates will be available December 6, 2022.
- Terms of Condition Field - 'Condo Docs'
- Parking Plan Type Field - 'None' is now 'N/A'
- 'Parking Plan Description' is now called 'Parking Plan' (Note, the Parking Plan is the condominium legal plan for the parking stall(s) on the title.)
